- When walking, remember that your dog’s behavior will reflect upon you. Your dog should never jump on people or bark excessively unless they truly are trouble.
- Your dog should be under control at all times when it is being walked.
- Always carry small waste bags in your pocket to clear up after your dog.
- Well-trained dogs should not need an extendable lead; use a stout, leather lead attached to a round, rolled collar.
